Angie will be deeply missed by her husband, Tony, and their blended family, including children Desirae (Michael) Higgins, Andrea McClelland (Neal), Alyssa McClelland (Hunter DeRosier), Amber McClelland, Ashley McClelland, and Alexis McClelland. Recent developments suggest that her husband, Tony McClelland, aged 47, has been arrested in connection with the crime. The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office announced that he was taken into custody on Monday evening and is facing charges of felony second-degree murder and criminal vehicular homicide related to the incident that occurred in June.

Although the motive for the murder has not been disclosed, it is known that Tony and Angela McClelland, aged 49, were residing together in their Fort Ripley home at the time of the incident. On June 25, during the early hours, deputies received a report regarding a body found on the side of the road near the intersection of Legend Road and Killian Roast, west of the highway.
