Jacklyn Marie Smith Obituary and Cause of Death (1989-2023)

The world lost a beloved entertainer and mother when former “Wild ‘N Out” star Ms Jacky Oh passed away at the age of 33. Her death is a great loss to the entertainment community, as her impact will be felt for many years to come.

The cause of her untimely passing has not yet been revealed, but reports suggest that she died while undergoing a procedure known as a “mommy makeover.” This type of surgery typically involves a combination of cosmetic procedures designed to restore or enhance a woman’s appearance after childbirth.

TMZ reported that Ms Jacky Oh left behind three children, Nova, Nala and Prince, as well as her partner and fellow Wild ‘N Out performer DC Young Fly. She was born in North Carolina and grew up in the Greensboro area. She graduated from Central High School in 1976 and was a proud Army veteran who served 13 active years with brief tours in Germany, Southeast Asia, and Panama. She loved to travel and enjoyed her time as a G.I. Jane, making lifetime memories and friends along the way. She was a member of the Lts Armstrong-Gladding, RI Post 69 American Legion, where she was adjutant.

Her obituary reads that she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and four brothers. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Mr. Willie Dean Smith; daughter Alicia and sons JuanCarlos and Armando of Greensboro; brother Ronald Smith and wife Pam of Cary, NC; grandchildren Matthew, Megan, Tanis, Aaron, Nicholas, Drew, Molie, and Jonas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
