Jersey June Poff was born on June 6, 2012 in Lima, Ohio. She was the daughter of John and Jennifer Poff, and the sister of Jake and Jenna Poff. She grew up in Saint Marys, Ohio, and attended Saint Marys Elementary School. She was in the fifth grade and had many friends and teachers who loved her.

What Happened June Poff?
Jersey June Poff died on September 3, 2023, at Dayton Children’s Hospital. She was involved in a car accident that occurred on August 31, 2023, on State Route 29 near New Knoxville Road. According to reports, she was riding in the back seat of her mother’s car when a truck ran a red light and hit them on the driver’s side. She suffered severe injuries and was airlifted to the hospital, where she fought for her life for three days.
She was a loyal friend, always there to lend a helping hand or provide a comforting shoulder to cry on. Her friendships were built on trust, respect, and an unwavering sense of support. Jersey’s friends will forever cherish the memories of their adventures and the warmth of her presence.
A memorial ceremony is scheduled for 10:00 AM on September 8, 2023, at the Wayne Street Church in Saint Marys. Following the service, interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery.
