Terry Bradshaw Health Issues Revealed

This week, he finally addressed those concerns, revealing that he’s been diagnosed with bladder cancer and a tumor in his neck.
The news came as a surprise to many. Bradshaw has been a major part of the Fox broadcast team since 1994, where he hosts “Fox NFL Sunday.” He’s also had numerous cameos in various movies and television shows, including Smokey and the Bandit and Hooper.
During his career, he won four Super Bowls with the Pittsburgh Steelers and remains one of the most popular figures in the league. After retiring from the league, Bradshaw went on to a successful career in TV and radio. He’s a staple on Fox broadcasts, has appeared in various films and has his own reality TV show with his family, The Bradshaw Bunch.
He also has a daughter who is a professional singer and he’s trying to get her back into it after she took a break following the tragic death of her husband. On a recent media availability, Bradshaw was joking around and told reporters that he would be willing to drop dead on the air. He said he had been battling cancer and was feeling weak. He added that he wanted to continue his work on the network’s pregame shows, even though it meant his health was at risk.
After being diagnosed with bladder cancer late last year, Bradshaw was treated at Yale University Medical Center and is now cancer-free. He also discovered a tumor in his neck earlier this year and was treated at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
His wife Tammy has been a major supporter of the 525 Foundation, an organization that educates people about alcohol and prescription drug misuse and abuse. In an upcoming episode of The Bradshaw Bunch, the former quarterback tells a reporter that his wife and daughter have been attending the event because they are all “in it together.”
While the Bradshaw family has always been very close, it appears that they’re becoming closer than ever as they work to raise awareness about the dangers of substance use disorders. In this sneak peek clip from the upcoming Bradshaw Bunch episode, the football legend tells a reporter that he first learned about the foundation through his wife Tammy, whose son Cody died of an overdose.
He goes on to say that he and his family will be raising funds at the event. The proceeds will go toward the foundation and will benefit families impacted by addiction.
He was a major part of the Steelers’ dynasty during the 1970s and won four Super Bowls with them in six years. After his football career ended, he went on to a successful television and radio career, where he became one of the most beloved figures in the world. He currently works as a sports analyst and hosts Fox NFL Sunday, among other shows.
