Tom Frankowski Obituary and Cause of Death

Tom Frankowski, a former Chief Operating Officer of Quad/Graphics, has passed away. He was a respected businessman who was known for his leadership, vision, and innovation.

He was a member of several organizations and served on the board of directors of many businesses. He also held numerous executive positions in his career, including president and CEO of Allied Media Group, a company that he co-founded with his brother. He was a frequent contributor to publications and gave presentations about his work.

His colleagues described him as a dedicated professional and a devoted family man. He was always willing to help and never let his personal matters interfere with his work. He was an excellent communicator who was always looking for ways to improve the company. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was born in 1910 and died in Toledo. He was a law student at the University of Toledo and worked as an attorney in Toledo for 45 years. He specialized in probate law and was a member of the Toledo and Ohio bar associations. He was a graduate of Scott high school and completed pre-law studies at the University of Toledo. He was a member of the St. Hedwig’s and ONU alumni clubs.

Besides his son, John S., he is survived by his daughter, Gertrude Joan Williams (born Frankowski); brothers, Michael and Rozalia Frankowski; sisters, Frances Zdawczynski and Antoinette Zaganiaczyk; and four grandchildren.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Monica RC Church, Clifton. Burial will be in St. Joseph Kanty RC Cemetery, Sussex. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church or St. Vincent Hospital.
