Tracy Chandler Obituary: Living in New Holland Tracy June on 25 Passed Away

Tracy Chandler, 44, of New Holland, passed away on June 25, 2023, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lancaster and was the daughter of John G. and Barbara J. (Moon) Younker. Tracy was the beloved wife of Ellis K. Chandler, and they were married on July 5, 2015.

Tracy graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in the class of 1996, where she actively participated in basketball, soccer, the band, and the National Honor Society. During her earlier years, she was also a lifeguard for the Leola Pool Swim Team. She later attended West Chester University, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing. For the past twenty-three years, Tracy worked as a Clinical Nurse Educator at Paoli Hospital in the labor and delivery unit. She cherished her time playing basketball with her “Ram Fam” at West Chester University and enjoyed activities such as swimming, reading, photography, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Tracy will be remembered for her thoughtfulness, sweetness, kindness, and her unwavering dedication to caring for others.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Ellis K. Chandler, her parents, John G. and Barbara J. Younker, her daughters, Courtney E. Chandler and Ellisyn Jane Chandler, her sister, Katie J. Stauffer, who is in a significant relationship with Brooks Boyer, her mother-in-law, Karen E. Chandler, and her chocolate lab, Marley.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 11:00 AM at New Holland Church of the Nazarene, located at 428 Ranck Road, New Holland, PA 17557. Pastor Russell Atkinson will officiate the service. Prior to the service, there will be a viewing held for two hours. Tracy will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens.

The funeral arrangements are entrusted to Groff High Funeral Home in New Holland.
